Privacy policy
Effective [Month Day, Year]
Big Impact Cabinets respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you contact us or request a quote, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect only what you choose to give us:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Project details: project type, kitchen size or measurements, preferred cabinet and countertop materials, and budget range
- Any photo you upload and any message you write
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the details you share in that conversation. WhatsApp messages are also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request and prepare your quote
- To plan and carry out your project if you hire us
- To keep basic records of the quotes we provide
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Who can see it
Your information is seen by our team. Quote requests and messages sent through this website are delivered to our email inbox (Gmail) by a form service, FormSubmit. Both may process and store data on servers outside Canada. We share details with others, such as a supplier, only when it's needed to prepare or complete your project.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. If you don't go ahead with a project, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Photos you send
Photos of your space are used only to understand your project and prepare your quote. We won't publish photos of your home without your permission.
Cookies and website services

Our quote and contact forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
